Everyday eft Part I_- emotional first aid with Denny Sulava

This class introduces the EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES (EFT) in three (3) hours of course instruction and interaction. The title, Every Day EFT – Emotional First Aid, refers to the use of EFT as an everyday tool that you will learn to use as soon as a disturbance comes into your energy system. This course is truly the equivalent of an "emotional first aid class.” When you learn the Basic Recipe of EFT, you will then know how to stop a negative emotion in its tracks. You will also be able to use it for “old junk in your trunk,” that you have been holding onto for years. Find out first hand why the creator of EFT, Gary Craig, encourages us to “try it on everything.” Who knows...you may experience a “one-minute-wonder.”

Did you know that you store your emotions and memories in you body? That is why you get a headache, stomach ache, back ache or tightness in your chest when you have an emotional upset. That pain in your neck may be connected to a “pain in the neck” in your life…did a name or situation just come to mind??? Come to this class to learn how to release those stuck emotions from your body so you can relax and feel good again.

The full payment of $55.00 will get you three hours of instructions and a thick take-home packet of information.

If you take Everyday EFT Part 2 you will have covered all of the former class called EFT Level 1 and you will then receive a certificate of attendance.

Group EFT will be offered the same day from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you take this class or have taken any of my EFT classes you will only pay $20.00 for this two hour session. If you have not taken one of my EFT classes you are still welcome to this session for $25.00.

GROUP EFT

I will be holding a group EFT session on Saturday April 25^th from 2:00 till 4:00 at The Energy Connection. During this two hours session you will work on your own emotional difficulties privately even though you will be in a group setting. You do not have to share or reveal your private thoughts to anyone in order to have great emotional relief and rebalancing. The cost for this session is $25.00. You will be energized by the group setting as you deal with your personal issues.

Private EFT Sessions At The Energy Connection

Denny is scheduling private EFT session at The Energy Connection. Sessions are available at 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00. Each sessions runs up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. EFT experience is not needed to schedule a session. Call 724-339-0496. Cash, Check or Credit Card ($3.00) I am planning on scheduling one day a month to do private session at The Energy Connection. Each session is $60.00 Private session must be booked ahead...I will only be there if I have appointments scheduled ahead of time.

Everyday EFT Part 2 with Denny Sulava Date to be announced

Do you need an EFT refresher to get you going again???

Three (3) hours of course instruction and interaction continuing the introduction of the Emotional Freedom Techniques. This course is the equivalent of an "emotional first aid class". There will be quick review of the Basic Recipe of EFT and how to stop a negative emotion in its tracks. The materials handed out in part one will be used again with further depth so please don’t forget to bring it with you to class. It will cost $5.00 for new material if you need it.

After taking Part 1 you know that you store your emotions and memories in you body? We will continue to explore how to reach and find those hidden memories and what to do once you find them. This class is much more hands on than Everyday EFT Part 1 and finishes covering all the material that was in the syllabus of EFT Level 1 which was a 6 hour class.

The class cost is $55.00. You will get three hours of instructions which includes a group EFT session.

A certificate of attendance is given at the end of this class (if you have also attended Everyday EFT part 1.)

Everyday EFT part I and Everyday EFT part II are each three hour classes and together are the equivalent of the former class called EFT Level I. At the end of Everyday EFT Part II a certificate is then given for your attendance.
