EFT Level I syllabus Time allotment: A one day workshop with 6 to 6.5 hours of instruction. Lunch and breaks will be decided by the class. These are the topics that will be covered before lunch 1-6 1. What is EFT ? Why does it work? How does it work? Why did it take so long to discover? Does it always work? · 13 minute video segment. 2. The discovery statement: "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." 3. The Television ZZZZZT metaphor as described in The EFT Manual and The EFT Course. 4. Psychological Reversal as described in The EFT Manual and The EFT Course. 5. The Basic Recipe as described in The EFT Manual and The EFT Course (including the Reminder Phrase and the subsequent round adjustments -- "even though I still have some of this...."). · Teach the full Basic Recipe first so that everyone is thoroughly grounded in it. · The shortcut procedure 6. Refinements · The importance of being SPECIFIC · Shifting aspects · "Your point" as shown in The EFT Course. · The importance of persistence. · Try it on everything. · The importance of testing your work. · Handling excessive intensity · The Generalization Effect as depicted in The EFT · The Movie Technique. · The Personal Peace Procedure. · "Energy Toxins. · Cognitive belief shifts · Breaking issues down into SPECIFIC EVENTS · No guarantees of success, of course, but this method has been effective in a high percentage of cases. After Lunch 7. Spend the afternoon with hands on tapping for your own issues This is the most important part of your workshop. Tapping for: · Physical Pain and discomfort · Chocolate (or other) cravings. · A bothersome SPECIFIC memory · Constricted Breathing. 8. "When it doesn't work...."
